We are a business and having trouble with our units. One of the units comes on in the morning but later in the day it has trouble and you can hear it trying to turn on. Another unit is not working at all.

One day the a/c is working the next day the fan isn't blowing or is the a/c working, i replaced the contactor relay because it was ate-up. when i did that the fan began to work but no air is coming out...... so could you please call me i need a solution... i have 3 young girls at home and we need air a.s.a.p..... thank you i hope you can help.... thanks TJ

The ac unit was blowing out cold air yesterday but at some point last night I noticed it was getting hotter in the house I went outside and the unit was running but sounded a little funny I felt it and it was hot and the fan on top of the unit was not turning so I turned it off at the breaker box what does the proble sound like and cost.

My 20 yr old York AC /gas furnace just stopped working. It is the basement unit. There is an attic unit for the upstairs. Both units are 3 ton, 70,000 BTU. I would like to replace the basement unit with something with a higher SEER rating, and a 2 stage furnace. Later this year I will probably replace the attic unit.

Air conditioner will not blow enough cold air. You have to be right under/over the vent in order to feel the air. It's been like this for about a week.
